Large jetted soaking tub in the master bathroom. 2 spacious living areas one including a large sectional sofa and 70 inch TV. Summary: We rented this beautiful home for our daughter's wedding in Snohomish. Our check-in was easy and the owner accommodated our request for an earlier arrival time. The home was just like the pictures! The house was quiet and the view was amazing!! We were close to stores, restaurants and the highways. It was such an easy trip to the wedding venue, Woodinville and Everett. I would definitely stay there again!

Summary: Overall we loved this house, enjoyed the view and proximity to town. The house was well maintained and had everything we needed to feel right at home. There was a little trouble getting the door code to work (actually it never worked so we used the garage door) and we had to wait around for a bit during check in to get this resolved, but overall the house and location was great.

Summary: The view grabs you as soon as you walk through the entrance…just spectacular. The hosts were fantastic and the little things made a real difference (detailed check in instructions, snacks, etc). I came out for a few days with my wife and my 19 yr old daughter to visit with my son, his wife, and their 1 yr old son. The location was super convenient, and the layout of the house couldn’t have been much better. Big thanks for a wonderful start to the New Year!

Summary: We came to town to visit our son and his girlfriend. We were amazed athow beautiful the house and views are. Most impressive for us were April and Andy's hopitality. They not only had a lovely gift basket with snacks, bottles of water and a bottle of wine, but there was coffee and tea, all the spices you might want. They proviced the laundry detergent to use their washing machines. There are plenty of towels-all those little things that are HUGE. The fire table and hot tub were wonderful:) We thought the downstairs area with the little bar and games was really fun. The tv has choices so you did not have to log in with your accounts- again, little but things that are huge. Most important was their communication. They checked in with us, quickly responded to any quesitons we had and were overall really great hosts. We highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful experience-definitely 5 star. We stay at a lot of short term rentals and I am getting stingy with the 5 stars bc of places like this that go the extra mile and have thought of every little detail and deserve it. The places that are not as attentive are noticeable for sure! Thank you to our hosts-again! We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Summary: Attended a wedding at Carlton Farm, which was a 5 minute drive. We stayed a couple of extra days to see the area. The location is perfect. Hawkeye bar and grill was about a block away. Grocery store and shops short walk as well. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and more. 4 outside sitting areas all with j awesome view of the lake and mountains. I gave cleanliness a 4 as the carpet could use cleaning. It is a cream color so I am sure that is an on going issue.

Summary: Our stay at this beautiful home in Lake Stevens was so enjoyable! We rented the house for family to share while in town for a wedding. The house is beautiful, and April was very responsive -- we had only one issue getting into the property, but she had a back-up plan and weren't delayed at all. The house is well-stocked with bedding, towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen is also well-stocked with quality cookware, serveware, etc. The hot tub was clean and we watched an amazing moonrise from the tub. April was so gracious and allowed us to have extra visitors during the day so that we could host out-of-town family for brunch and visiting. This allowed us to all get together without the stress of being at a restaurant - it was truly a treat and I was grateful because I know it is a risk to VRBO owners to allow extra people on the property. The parking is also great - easy to fit multiple vehicles if needed. Amenities are close - Costco, Target, Safeway... there's a restaurant within walking distance that we didn't check-out but looked good. Basically, you won't regret staying here. It had everything we needed! Thank you for sharing your property!
